There’s no date yet for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 or Xbox One versions of the game, but given the number of delays the game has had, it’s probably wisest just to take assurance that System Shock is coming to console eventually.This System Shock remake was partially funded by a Kickstarter that ran in the middle of 2016, at the time with an estimated release of December 2017. The news comes as the System Shock remake is due for release on May 30th for PC. The studio has also reworked the co-op multiplayer too.
Nightdive Studios has been working closely with System Shock fans to integrate mods and updates that have been created previously into this version.
